Once a Latymerian…

From the day that they join the Latymer School, students become part of a unique community which includes not only their peers, but those who have gone before and those who will come after. They can draw motivation and inspiration from our frequent Latymerian speakers. As they progress through the school, students are able to benefit from the advice of alumni who have gone on to study at the world’s leading universities and into successful professional careers.

Former students already make an important contribution to the school, from speaking at career events and helping university applications to providing work experience and generously donating to the school - there is something for everyone.

With the launch of Latymer Links, we will be developing our alumni network further.
Our vision is to create a global community of engagement, lifelong value and support to serve the diverse and evolving needs of each member of our alumni network. No matter when you left the school, you always remain a part of our community.

Our aim is to facilitate former students reconnecting with each other and with the school. We want to give them the opportunity to network professionally, to rekindle old friendships and to explore the latest developments at the school.

There are many ways in which alumni can give something back to Latymer and we will use the Latymer Links platform to promote those. But please don’t hesitate to contact the Alumni Relations Team if you have specific ideas you would like to discuss. We are always looking at new ways to match our alumni’s expertise and interests to the school’s needs.

We also want Latymer Links to reflect the school’s ethos and be as inclusive as possible. This is why we made the decision to offer free membership. We do of course welcome contributions of every size from those who wish to contribute financially and thereby make an investment for the benefit of present and future generations. Please go to the Support Us section to find out more about the different ways in which you can help.

Finally, we are always happy to welcome alumni back to their old school and show them around: please join us at our annual Reunion in July, or contact us to arrange a visit by prior appointment.

What happens next?
If we have your email address, you will have received a personalised email with your login details. We ask that you take a moment to update your profile so we have your correct contact information. It is also a great time to let us know about your specific interests in terms of events, career support and much more. There are several tabs you may update but, all in all, it shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes to do so.

Then, once logged in, you can start reading, browsing and interacting! On this platform, you can:
  • Use the Directory to search for school friends.
  • Read regular articles about our alumni community, individual achievements, social gatherings or just enjoy a trip down memory lane.
  • Register for events, such as the annual Reunion. In the coming months, we will also release information about the 2024 programme of events to mark the 400th anniversary of the school.
  • Submit announcements and photos to be shared on the platform.
  • Learn how to support the school financially.
  • Buy Latymer-branded merchandise.
  • And much more as we will be developing other alumni projects in the coming months!
We encourage you to visit the site regularly - this is the place to check any alumni-related information and news.

If you have not received your email invitation or are having trouble logging in, please contact alumni@latymer.co.uk we will get back to you.

We hope that you will enjoy being a part of Latymer Links – if you do, please don’t forget to get Latymerian friends and family involved! With thousands of former students, we don’t yet have an email address for everyone so we would be grateful if you could help spread the word here and on social media.

We look forward to fostering existing and new relationships with you all!
